Earlier this year, Food Inspiration visited Ecuador. At Project Iche, we discovered how food can help to rebuild a community. Project Iche began as a response to rebuild the region of Manabí after a devastating earthquake. Here they bring together a culinary school, restaurant and food lab under one roof.
