On the one hand there is more and more awareness around health. On the other hand there is a discussion about ethics around the production of food. According to Fresco, in the upcoming years technology will play a huge role in providing consumers with information on both. The big challenge lying ahead is how to deal with consumers, who are bombarded with information; telling the whole story behind food will become more and more important.
