Too often it is thought that current systems and working methods have to be pushed aside for future-proof innovations and developments. That notion is absolutely incorrect, as various (urban) farmers prove. The German publishing house Gestalten portrayed various farmers worldwide, and shows how their methods is a perfect method for today, and at the same time can be a solution for a sustainable future.
